Who owns my CB CashBoard data?
Only you, and ClickBank (of course). We are just a reporting tool for YOUR use, we tie your data in from ClickBank for your access only, so we can give you the best reporting possible, but nothing will be shared with other companies, ever. IF you ever decide to “unplug” from us, all your data will still be in ClickBank. So, you’re totally covered!
Do I have to install anything?
Nope! All you need to do is go in, create your user profile, and then all the integration and data transfer happens automatically. All you need do is give it a little time to complete the connections, and then you’ll be able to log in and see all your reports (around-the-clock) from then on.
Can I host the pages myself?
No - this is because we host everything for you on our side, like any "software-as-a-service" platform. We do this so that we can make sure you get all of the updates and new features as they are upgraded in your account (for free, mind you). As mentioned above, you will be able to download your data if you decide to cancel though.
If I decide I want to leave the platform, how do I cancel?
Simply get in touch with our support team and let them know. We will cancel any time you like! And fees that would have occurred after cancellation will also be deleted, so you’ll owe nothing more. Easy.
